For 3 years, I taught cardio dance at bloc. - a boutique group fitness studio in Charlotte, NC.
When I started freelancing, I offered my services to the gym. I helped manage the general marketing operations for over a year, including:
Updating the studio website to be more user friendly and drive people to sign up for classes
Sending monthly newsletters to members, updating them on special promotions, events and more
Coordinating and designing new merch
Planning events, promotions, and pop-up classes
Updating the studio’s Instagram account
Sadly, bloc. wasn’t able to recover from the hit it took during the pandemic, and shut its doors in February 2022 (which is why you won’t find any links on this page). Still, I’m proud of this work, and remain connected to this community.
