The Future of Customer Engagement and Experience (FCEE) is an award-winning thought leadership site that has repeatedly been recognized as the gold-standard of the customer experience industry.

Using an SEO-first strategy, it provides high-level CX content to SAP audiences in the early-awareness stage of the buying process.

I was the Assistant Editor of the site from November 2019 through December 2020.

In my role as Assistant Editor, I:

  • Worked closely with the Editor in Chief to drive the site strategy and ensure we delivered on our KPIs for the business.

  • Managed all partner content on the site, building relationships with strategic partners, guiding them through the content guidelines and submission process, and organizing the content calendar.

  • Hand-built a dynamic spreadsheet workbook to track key performance metrics, and established a standardized internal reporting process.

  • Assisted with back-end operations for the site as needed, from content planning to publishing.
