In my role as Assistant Editor, I:
Worked closely with the Editor in Chief to drive the site strategy and ensure we delivered on our KPIs for the business.
Managed all partner content on the site, building relationships with strategic partners, guiding them through the content guidelines and submission process, and organizing the content calendar.
Hand-built a dynamic spreadsheet workbook to track key performance metrics, and established a standardized internal reporting process.
Assisted with back-end operations for the site as needed, from content planning to publishing.
