In the wake of COVID-19, our annual customer event, SAP Customer Experience LIVE, went digital in 2020.
I was brought on to lead the marketing communications workstream, managing the content and calendar for all external-facing communications (including general promotions, region-specific invites, web copy, and customizable AE email templates).
We sent out bi-weekly event updates and adjusted our comms strategy based on registration targets. These emails drove 62% of all marketing-sourced registrations for the event.
